Many deserving families never reach the help that already exists โ simply because they lack proper documentation. Through Sakshyam, we prepare complete, verified case files and present them to partner NGOs and government bodies, so families reach existing help faster.
Accessing What Is Rightfully Theirs
Thousands of eligible families miss out on government welfare schemes, pensions, and entitlements because of paperwork gaps or lack of awareness. Through Avakasham, we help families claim what is already rightfully theirs โ navigating bureaucracy on their behalf.

Case Intake & Documentation
Requests for help arrive through community members or verified references. Medical certificates, income details, and living conditions are cataloged systematically.
Careful Case Verification
Each case is carefully reviewed by our team, looking at the family's situation, dependents and medical needs, and assessed against a clear, documented scoring framework, so help reaches those who truly need it.
Koottu Assignment & Aid
Approved cases are paired with a volunteer companion. Monthly recurring assistance is disbursed directly to pharmacies, educational fees, or essential groceries.
Biannual Re-Verification
Every single case is formally re-evaluated every 6 months. If a family has recovered or found employment, resources are transitioned to others waiting in line.
